Since the company pretty much uses dark (pun intended) colours in their marketing, I found it more than suitable to paint black & white painting artwork very similar to stuff I’ve done on canvas during the last years. Because the painting took place indoors, I did most of the fill ins with water soluble acrylic inks/paints with brushes and did all the details, outlines and highlights with water based acrylic spraypaints. Naturally I sealed the working area with plastic curtain. These prevented both the fumes as well as smaller paint particles spreading into the assembly line, where all the fine electronics were being manufactured.
I found very intriguing to hear that many of my favourite musicians use bass gear from Darkglass. I mean heavy metal is the fuel for my creativeness, so this particular case did fit like a glove.
